Dr. Michelle Vaughan is a frequent presenter at American Psychological Association conventions. An associate professor of psychology in the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University, Dr. Vaughan is also an associate editor for the journal Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity. She focuses on the psychological strengths of individuals with stigmatized sexualities/genders, and she trains future clinical psychologists in serving culturally diverse populations.
Dr. Vaughan’s presentation was provided by the Rabbi John Spitzer Social Justice Fund of Temple Israel.

Our 3rd annual Diversity & Inclusion Conference held on Friday, April 13,2018, was a success!

We learned a positive, evidence-based perspective on inclusion of the LGBTQ community. Along with the benefits of inclusion of the LGBTQ community for the community, business and individuals.
Attendees developed a greater understanding of the cultural and legal implications of LGBTQ inclusion from the adolescent to adult perspectives.
